The wall visible in 09-09-4 is round cornered. This is confusing, because the camera angle is south. We're accustomed to looking at maps and views from the south to the north. The only round corners on L. Argentina are on the north side. Once again the Chase makes no geographic sense.
They have come east on Corso V. Emanuele (from the left in this view) into the Largo Torre Argentina.

Look again at the sign in 09-01 and 02. It points either toward us, or to the left. Difficult to tell. But, if the view were from south to north on via Florida, the sign would surely point to the right (east) to direct you east on v. Florida and then v. di San Marco, Or, it might point away (north), directing you north on v. Torre Argentino and then east on C. V. E. and v. Plebiscito. I know it's kind of foolish to expect street signs in Rome to be truly accurate. But with the round corners and the sign, I'm sure the northern side is the correct one.

According to www.italycyberguide.com, the Palazzo della Pantanella "was built in 1878-1881 as a seat of the Societa' dei Molini e Pastificio Pantanella (Society of Mills and Bread-making Pantanella). It was an appropriate site for an organization like this one because of close position to the water mills placed on Tiber and industrial zone of Circus Maximus. In 1939-1952 the palace housed just instituted 'Museo di Roma,' later transferred to Palazzo Braschi. At present [circa 2007] it is occupied by communal offices (Department of Food Supplies and Markets), and a laboratory of scenography of the Opera Theatre. Beneath the palace, close to the angle of Via dei Cerchi and Via dell'Ara Massima di Ercole, should have been the circular temple Tempio di Ercole, from which the famous "Mouth of Truth" was taken and placed in S. Maria in Cosmedin." Never heard that last bit before. Sounds like folklore.
